We kicked off 2018 #howehosts with more of our lovely neighbours from Colefax and Robert Kime as well as dear friend Josephine.

Hosted by Amy and Max, guests were treated to a crisp salad of home grown celeriac, white and purple radishes, pomegranate seeds, celery and lettuce, finished with homemade mayonnaise. For the main a warming game casserole of partridge, pheasant, rabbit and guinea fowl, soaked up with creamy mustard mash, leeks and carrots. All topped off with a sticky lemon treacle tart and organic cream for desert.

And yes, there were of course leftovers for staff lunch the following day!
