HOWE HOSTS HARPER’S BAZAAR

Today head chef (and birthday girl!) Amy cooked up a real Italian delight for the lovely team from Harper’s Bazaar.

Piles of fresh Asparagus covered in lashings of butter, parmesan, salt & pepper. To follow, Roasted Lamb Cutlets with Caponata and Creamy Polenta. Topped off with Strawberries, Mascapone & Almond Ratafia biscuits for dessert.

Bazaar is aimed at the sophisticated, elegant and provocative woman, coincidentally, the son of 60’s editor Eileen Dickson trained up our Blake when she was 16 – that’s why she’s so darn great!
