LUNCH WITH NELL CARD

On Tuesday we shared a delicious seasonal lunch with interiors journalist Nell Card. We all enjoyed a surprisingly delicate wild garlic soup, topped with chives and crème fraîche followed by a colourful salad of lamb’s lettuce, candied baby beetroot and as goats curd, dressed with wholegrain mustard and toasted sesame seeds. The finale was a simple yet delicious dessert of oven roasted rhubarb & fresh cream.
