An Early C19th Bobbin-turned Chair

A really wonderful and early example of a bobbin-turned chair, the spindle back above a caned seat with half-bobbin applied carved rails, the turned tapered front legs with original brass castors, one rear sabre leg having an interesting old repair to the foot, otherwise in exceptional condition, even retaining the original horsehair squab cushions for the seat and back. English, circa 1820
