A rare mid 19th Century walnut occasional table from a palazzo in Ortigia, Sicily, the circular top veneered in concentric circles of ebony, Rio rosewood and maple with boxwood stringing, over a decoratively turned walnut column and raised on three hipped splayed legs. Sicilian, circa 1850
