An 18th Century gilt wood and polychrome gesso Buddha, seated in dhyanasana with hands in dhyanamudra, dressed in teal, green and black robes, the head and domed ushnisha intricately carved with tight curls, seated upon a double-lotus pedestal. Unrestored. Possibly Tibet, circa 1800
