A late Regency bobbin-turned library chair with spindle back and loose back cushion, over an upholstered seat flanked by open arms with upholstered armrests, covered in a bold vertical stripe kilim style fabric of blues, reds and yellows, raised on ceramic cup castors. English, circa 1830
