The Camembert Bar Stool is derived from our Camembert Chair, a modernist design from late 1920s/ early 1930s Europe. The curved shell shaped back is formed from laminated ply, stained and covered in our fine quality, ethically produced Maroc leather from 36 Bourne Street, fixed on a beechwood seat frame raised on four simple turned and tapered legs in a conforming finish with two sets of radial stretchers providing a foot rest and rugged strength.
