The fluted, wrap around bucket seat of the Captain’s bar stool is designed for the finest sitter to ride out the storms of any commercial or domestic interior in sophisticated comfort. Conceived and designed by Christopher for Adam White’s Riding House Café in London, the original 30 or so remain there in use 7 days a week, 15 hours a day! Resting on a base of solid oak, the stem is fabricated and welded by hand from quality steel, the upholstered frame traditionally laminated in English beech ply with an integrated swivel mechanism, the stool is virtually indestructible.
