Large early C20th Wrought Iron Lantern

An exceptional continental early 20th Century hanging lantern, the large iron and tole frame having five arched handwoven mesh panels on ribbed ball feet, each with a decorative leaf motif to the base and topped with intricate wrought iron scrolling arms connecting the central conical plume with flame-like leaves surrounding the large ceiling S-hook, while suspending the six-piece original candelabra below. In good condition, with natural surface wear and a lovely warm orange patina, consistent with age. France, circa 1930.
