Late Regency Library Chair

A very elegant late Regency William IV mahogany library chair of generous and comfortable proportions, having open scrolling arms with upholstered pads covered in carpet fragments trimmed with leather, the swept reclining buttoned back and seat traditionally reupholstered in hand-dyed vintage linen-pile velvet (from our fabric shop @36 Bourne Street), raised on curving x-frame supports, terminating in fabulous original brass cup castors.
