A Stick Back Windsor Armchair

A stick back Windsor armchair with a shaped elm seat, the tall back with five thin tapered uprights and a curved top rail, having outswept arms supported on turned spindle supports, raised on four turned legs united by H-form elliptical turned stretchers. Retaining an old duck egg green painted surface throughout with some wear and minor repairs commensurate with age. High Wycombe, England circa 1840 -1880
